Examples of our work

Coached a Senior Executive and the C-Suite team of execs on how to better lead, communicate and collaborate with each other and cross functional partners.  The result, more productive relationships, a reduction of siloed communication and a focus on strategic goals.


With the departure of a C-suite executive, provided succession planning to prepare an organization for its next chapter; resulting in a more transparent people process and creating confidence in making important people decisions.



Led culture-building initiatives, emphasizing the value of change management that increased employee engagement and retention in a small business.  


Facilitated a L&D experience to support the goals and objectives of a new sales leader who wanted to strengthen the team’s leadership toolbox.  The interactive session focused on developing open and transparent communication skills with clear goals and objectives.  Each leader left the session with a comprehensive plan for themselves and their teams, improving effectiveness and confidence.


Recruited members for new leadership teams, reporting to the CEO, confirming new and expanded priorities for the brand’s future.


Reviewed Total Rewards and Compensation structures and presented plan recommendations, resulting in more cost-effective and competitive plans.

Added strategic HR support that helped a retail brand realign its leadership during rapid growth with a priority to engage all of their people.

Recently engaged in a project focused on executive coaching. We coached three executives identified as high potential in a retail/EComm business to enhance their confidence, communication skills and interpersonal and cross-functional partnership skills. Throughout the six month project, we saw their leadership skills evolve and how they brought greater value to their brand.  


Designed change management strategies that led teams through mergers and restructures.


Presented an Org Design proposal for a new CEO requesting a leaner, more focused leadership team structure.


Routinely provide associate people relations coaching to most of our clients - on a variety of topics, acting as a sounding board with objective, experienced advice.
