  • We have coached a team of executives and their C-Suite execs on how to better lead, communicate and collaborate with each other and cross functional partners

  • The L&D experience was to support a sales team with a new leader. He wanted to ensure open and transparent communication skills were developed and strong leadership skills became an essential tool in their toolbox. We offered an interactive session incorporating those goals. A plan was developed for each leader and for them as a team, improving effectiveness and confidence

  • We have added strategic HR support that helped a retail brand realign its leadership during rapid growth

  • We have provided succession planning that prepared an organization for its next chapter

  • We have led culture-building initiatives that increased engagement and retention in a startup

  • Two recent experiences that we focused on involved executive coaching and Learning & Development. The coaching assignment involved three executives in a retail/EComm business. Each had much potential, we were asked to enhance their confidence, communication skills and interpersonal skills in working with their teams and cross functionally. Over six months, we partnered with this team and saw their leadership skills evolve and their value to their brand have greater impact.
